G7 Great Reel

I will be totally honest, I own three of theseG7s, they are very good reels , but if you can afford a few dollars more, you will be amazed theG8!!
The sevens are great. Only reason giving four stars is because for some reason, I just have trouble with floral carbon on them. I don’t know why I cannot dial them in. With Braid they are incredible. Very much close to the 8s , but not quite as good. But overall, a solid great looking comfortable long Casting lightweight monster.!!

Gravity. 7

Only used it a couple times but it is smooth. The drag system takes some getting used to. It will cast a country mile. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc I have not used it enough to give it 5.

The reel is awesome , casts well , the best part is it catches fish

G7 straight buttah. As advertised.

Casts smooth as ice. Can fling her a mile. A tone of braking options for any stage of angler experience. Spool tensioner wasn’t functioning properly after unboxing. Needed to be removed and screwed back in for some reason. Totally good to go after that. Just bought a G5 for the female.

State of the Art reel!

There's a reason why you see Wes Logan, Bill Lowen & others throwing this reel. It's smooth as glass, not noisy, easy to dial in and even hyper dial it. It's perfection. I have Daiwa, Abu Garcia & Lews, they are not even in the same stratosphere as this reel. Love it!
