I’m mistakenly ordered the wrong size Rod and did not realize it until I was on the water. I made a few cash with it and realized it was underpowered for what I wanted. Tried to send it back and they said they would not honor.
Bought three rods the first month. And had planned to buy
12 more.
Because you would not switch it out I won’t be buying anymore from your company. Nothing wrong with your rods. More about your customer service guidelines. I have a strong voice and I know I would’ve sold a lot more of these rods, but I’m glad that I found out. This is the way you do business now I’m sorry.
