Bad bearing within a week of use

Working with support to get replacement or eepair.
Possible bearing bad, reel got hard to retrieve then started whining when casting. Reel is not beginner friendly even on the number 3 internal and max break. Cast further then any of my $300 reels and was just as smooth before issue.

Absolutely the smoothest real. It's smooth like butter

I've owned Shimano, Daiwa, Kistler by far the ark gravity G5 is the smoothest lightest farthest casting easiest casting real I've ever put in my hands. I just got some Arc rods and a bunch of G5 reels before my state tournament and I can promise you they were the main reason why I was able to win that tournament this weekend
