Overall I love these reels. I currently have 3 of them. I do have one that I have a serious issue with the drag. It literally comes and goes. Sometimes when I haven’t even touched it. Sent it back assuming they found the issue and fixed it. Set up my combo and everything seemed fixed. The next morning I was loading my gear up to head to the lake, went to tighten up the line on that set up and lo and behold absolutely NO DRAG - zero resistance! 🤔 No idea how or why but I know it is!! I reached out immediately that morning with video and once more but still waiting to hear back. Busy holiday I know but hoping to get resolved soon. I am a huge fan of Ark and a good customer so hoping for the best!!
