Bought a cobb series rod in December 2025. Finally was able to use it 3 months later and 1st cast it snapped in half. Sent it back and the so called manager said it was out of warranty. Past 90 days. I had to pay $60 to have it replaced. That blew my mind. I thought Ark was a better company than that with better equipment. Guess I was wrong. JUNK PRODUCTS WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO BUY ELSEWHERE

This Brandon Cobb Series rod was purchased on 12/6/2025, and the warranty claim was opened on 4/13/2026, which placed the claim at 128 days from the original purchase date.
Per ARK Fishing’s warranty policy, replacement fees apply to claims submitted after 90 days from purchase. Because the claim was outside of that coverage window, the rod qualified under our replacement program, which required the standard $60 replacement fee.
We still worked to provide a replacement at a reduced cost rather than denying assistance altogether.

Had to Warranty a rod I have had for a year. Painless process and recieved new rod faster than expected.
I have 8-10 setups now that are all ark. The invoker is probably my favorite of the bunch. I also broke one recently and received a prompt replacement. Very pleased
So far so good. Skips chatterbaits like a dream.
