The reel seat could be better and more comfortable
I purchased several of the Lancer Tour series casting rods and I am very satisfied with my purchase. These rods are light, sensitive and very comfortable to use. I have a couple of the older Lancer Pro series rods that are nice but I believe the tour series rods are a bit lighter and maybe have a little more attention to detail used in their construction. The handle design change from the Lancer Pro series is a wash as far as I am concerned, both are comfortable to use. I can't see any reason to spend more for a casting rod when you consider the quality you get from these Ark rods.
Love the products but ark’s customer service is terrible don’t respond to emails sent multiple times..
I have 12 different ark rods from the Tharp, Cobb and lancer series. I WILL NOT be purchasing more products due to the customer service experiences
Best rods ever, great warranty! I've had to use my warranty because of my own clumsiness a few times and they make the process significantly easier than other companies. I have a few ark rods and I have never broken one outside of a stupid accident.
