Should we decide to replace the damaged product, but no longer offer the exact model, we will provide you with the closest comparable model of equal value from our current product line. This warranty is limited to replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from the use of this product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care.
