This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
*Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal fishing application.
A copy of DATED receipt must be presented for warranty.
We will do our best to send the repaired/replacement rod back to you as soon as possible, but please allow 5–10 business days after receiving the item to process the return.
Should we decide to replace the damaged product but no longer offer the exact model, we will provide you with the closest comparable model of equal value from our current product line. This warranty is limited to replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or any other type of damages resulting from the use of this product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification, or customization of the finished rod. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care.
