Do NOT ship your warranty item back until we provide you with a return number. Orders shipped without a return number will NOT be processed.

If you didn't upload a receipt and purchased your warranty item from a retailer, please email your receipt to info@arkrods.com or else your order will not be processed. Please put your first and last name in the email so we may match your receipt with the warranty submission.

Our goal is to get back to you as soon as possible but please allow 2-4 business days for someone to get in touch with you.

Any orders purchased from a store retailer without a receipt will not approved or processed.
