Viper rods

First I want thank Ark team for a quick response on the warranty. It was quick and easy to send back. I did receive my rod replacement in time before my next tournament. So thank you. The only thing I would have to say is that. I had to reach back to you after the broken rod been delivered 11days ago, then finding out that you were out of the previous rod I ordered. I would assume someone would have notified me to let me the delay of the replacement rod. Which no one did. Us Anglers understand the delays all rod companies deal with each day. Just keeping communication with buyers helps us know what is going on the reason or the delay. That's all. Meeting Louie at the classic was great very nice guy knows his stuff. So Ark team keep doing what you for the fishing world. Just let us customers know if there's a delay on something we understand.

Great rods

Bought 2 7’2 H XF Viper’s they have been great for frogging, swim jigging, and skipping a jig. Super light and sensitive would recommend and will buy again.

Great rods , I now have five. The last two were for frogging/ flipping and cranking . The rods are lighter, very sensitive and can cast any lure a mile with any line . Super impressed with the quality and your service.
