With the casting ability of the weight as low as 0.6gram(1/50oz), The new BFS version of the Gravity reel is going to be the best BFS reel in the market. The reel employed a 28mm dia. spool which weighs only 5.2gram(without bearing). Total weight is only 5.1oz. I ordered my reels in the middle of december and received them just two weeks ago. If i would have not reached out i would never never have received my reels. Also I was told two different times when my order would be sent out and both times were missed. On each of those occasions , no one reached out to me , I had to ask myself. If I hadn't reached out this MOst recent time it wouldn't have been untill june when I would receive my products. In the end i didn't even receive items i ordered.I just settled 2 of the same reels so I wouldn't have to wait any more. Not once did they offer any compensation. The only thing I was offered is a refund and that they would honor the buy 1 get 1 offer I originally used. This Would have been more adequate if I didn't have to inquire multiple times myself. I own 2 ark reels and 2 ark rods and both of the products are fantastic, but it's almost not worth dealing with them directly. I Would buy ark products again , but most likely not directly from their website. Kastking has already honored a warranty and they promptly resolved and responded to my situation. Thats too bad because arc products are really awesome.

Got this reel last year on the BOGO deal but didn’t get the rod to go with it, I finally got the rod put it all together and I tell you what I was definitely missing out on bfs fishing, reel perform awesome so did the rod all together great products am glad I decided to try ark this year I definitely feel I made the right choice
Received my Gravity BFS reel and right out of the box the reel was perfect in size. A couple cast in and I kept getting backlash. I figured out that there was an internal brake and once I adjusted that, the reel worked great.
