Returns & Exchanges Policy:

At ARK Fishing, we stand behind the quality of our products. Should you find the need to return or exchange an item, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Return Window:

We operate on a 30-day return policy, commencing from the date of receipt of your item. Requests for returns must be initiated within this timeframe.

Refund Process:

For returns seeking a refund, please be aware that a 20% Restocking Fee applies. Additionally, shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with returning items to us. However, in the case of exchanges, once we receive your return, we will arrange and cover the shipping costs to send the exchanged item back to you. Furthermore, the 20% Restocking Fee will be waived for exchange transactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be unworn or unused.

It must include all original tags.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return:

To commence the return process, please contact us via email at info@arkrods.com. Once your return request is accepted, you will receive detailed instructions, including an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please note that we do not accept items returned to us without prior authorization.

Damages & Order Issues:

We prioritize the quality of every order shipped from ARK Fishing. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we urge you to promptly inspect your order upon receipt and reach out to us without delay. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we are committed to rectifying any issues swiftly and effectively.

Should you encounter any concerns regarding damages or order discrepancies, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately at info@arkrods.com. By promptly notifying us of any issues, you enable us to promptly assess the situation and take appropriate action to ensure your complete satisfaction with your experience.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your refund request is approved, the reimbursement will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that the processing time for refunds by your bank or credit card company may vary, and it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
