Ordered 2 more Cobb Lil skipper rods that are the best dock skipping rods. Lite and super sensitive. 5 yr warranty and only $99. Best buy ever!!
Good blanks, sensitive but omg the grip coupd not be worse! I dont know how these rods could be used in pro tournaments. First time i set the hook the rod fell out my hand, the grip is so thin and eva foam so slippery, it is impasible to have a firm grip. Because of this reason they are almost unusable. I had to add overgrip to address this issue but for this reason they get my bad review. Poor design.
Been through two of them within 2 months apart. Honestly not the biggest fan of the gen 2 rods. The Gen 1 rods are probably the best and wish I could fine them again.
