I have 2 of the same tods. One broke on the rod top on the very first cast. ARK repkaced it 100% at no vost to me.
I call that excellent service and backing up their products 100%!
I have told a lot of fishing buds about how well I have been taken care.

I purchased a fairy wand last year but before it was even used I found that it was broken under an eyelet wrap and the thread/ glue was the only thing holding it together. I was able to contact customer support fairly quickly but ended up returning it to the store due to timing. The rod was swapped out and I loved the replacement. The components seem to be high quality and it has great sensitivity, especially considering the price of the rod. Last week the replacement broke cleanly in 2 places on a hookset. The issue is not with the broken rod because I am not an expert and cannot tell if it was damage or product defect. The issue lies in not being able to get a response on the warranty claim, if it is my fault let me know so i can buy a replacement. I have filled out the form, sent a follow-up email, and used the chat function but the only response I have gotten was an automated acknowledgement of the form being filed. I know things were probably delayed due to the holiday weekend but it has still been 6 working days without a response. If it wasn't for this delay, the review would be a 4-5 star as it is one of the best rods in its price range.
Have several Cobb Series rods. Bought two Hartwell Magics and they both snapped within two or three uses. Make sure you register them when you buy them or they will not help you out with any warranty. I made that mistake and now I’m out $200.
